Help for Individuals
I help individuals who long for a deeper meaning in life; those who want to be amazing, prolific, and who DARE to believe they can live outside of the box.
Most of the time the slide away from ourselves happens gradually. We feel sure of ourselves and our direction, then one day look up and realize nothing around us looks familiar — not even the person in the mirror.
Where and when did that wrong turn happen?
Clarity about ones’ own life often comes from deep introspection, answering the hard questions and gaining insight into the truth as you redefine your story. Together, we examine YOU...who you are organically, where you lost yourself, and what your purpose in life is. Along the path there will be any number of surprises, good and bad: challenges and disappointments, as well as victories and rewards.
All of these experiences will help you build character. There is nothing more rewarding than to be able to look back and say 'I remember when...," referring back to the days you were once a mess! Clarity is a beautiful thing; it releases you from the past.
Think of me as the shepherd on your path to the real you. Only you know what that looks like, but I know how to get you there.
CHANGE IS HARD BUT IT IS WORTH IT
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
Mathew 8: 13-14
Help for Individuals Post-Divorce
Often, people who have experienced divorce come away unsure of their place in life. They have identity issues, and struggle with feelings of loneliness, depression and anxiety.
Clients come to me looking for help in picking up the pieces after a divorce.
Divorced parents must learn how to parent while seeing their child or children for a limited time each week. They often grapple with not succumbing to the guilt or insecurity they have carried out of the divorce.
My clients are the ones who find they don’t know their place in the world now that they’re not a full-time spouse and a full-time parent. They struggle to know their own mind, to develop and pursue goals, and to let go of the past. They feel like somewhere along the way they lost their identity.
My clients come to me feeling unsure about themselves, they feel out of place in their own body, and they feel lost when it comes to navigating the outside world.
I help clients to dig deep within themselves, to find their original, organic self and to live in a way that honors that true nature. I help you develop goals and together we work on a plan to achieve those goals.
It’s so very rewarding on the other side.
